Information under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) on how we handle the personal data of visitors to the keenmate.com website.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Keenmate s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 06829198, with its registered office at Nad Vodárnou 744/24, Heřmanice, 713 00 Ostrava, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ostrava, Section C, Insert 73471.

2. What data we process and why
a) Communicating with you
If you contact us by e-mail, we process the data you provide to us (name, e-mail address, and the content of your message) in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, or the negotiation of a contract (Article 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR). We keep this data only for as long as necessary to handle the communication, and no longer than 12 months from the last contact.
b) Website traffic statistics (Plausible Analytics)
For anonymous traffic measurement we use Plausible Analytics, operated on our own infrastructure (stats.keenmate.services). Plausible does not store any cookies on your device, does not track individuals across websites, and does not collect personal data — it works only with aggregated, anonymous statistics. For this reason it does not require your consent. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding website traffic (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
c) Web fonts (Google Fonts)
For a consistent visual presentation the site loads web fonts from the Google Fonts CDN. When a font is loaded, the provider may process your IP address. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, and data may be transferred to third countries (USA). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the consistent presentation of the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Google Fonts does not set cookies for this purpose.
3. Cookies
This website uses cookies to the minimum extent possible:
- Strictly necessary cookies — required for the website to function (for example the session cookie and CSRF protection). These cookies do not require consent.
- Analytics and marketing cookies — we do not use any. Traffic measurement via Plausible works without cookies.
- Third-party cookies — the site embeds no third-party content (no maps, no social widgets, no advertising) that would set cookies on your device.
4. Recipients and processors
We do not pass personal data to third parties, except for providers of services necessary to operate the website, who act for us as processors or independent controllers:
- the provider of hosting, website operation and analytics (Keenmate's own infrastructure),
- Google Ireland Limited — only for delivering web fonts, as described above.
5. Retention period
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the given purpose, or for the period required by law.
6. Your rights
In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right:
- to access your personal data,
- to rectification of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data,
- to erasure (the "right to be forgotten"),
- to restriction of processing,
- to object to processing,
- to data portability,
- to withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent,
- to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
